Not sure what’s happening with your unit?

Many owners have told us they can’t confirm basic details about their own unit, such as whether it is tenanted, what rent is being collected, or who to contact. Owners are working together through the ONTARIO Condominium & Investor Recovery Initiative to get those answers and to organize a transition to new management. 590+ investors have already registered.
